Organizing Reality

Kelley D. Ferguson, LCPC

Organizing Reality was developed to assist helping professionals in investigating problems which clients encounter and tend to repeat. This system is presented in detailed written form which can be utilized with nearly all clients by all mental health professionals. The wholistic (from the word “whole”) approach is very comprehensive and easy to teach to a wide range of clients. It is a means of organizing all facets of life and connecting professionals in support networks.

The system, in its present form, can easily be learned by the individuals seeking to better their lives and reach their goals. By following the detailed steps and examples, people can begin to make changes in their lives that will truly count toward making their dreams come true. The system will also indicate which professionals need to be consulted for various solutions to problems, therefore it can be useful to people who have not sought help in making changes in their lives.

Businesses will find this system useful in improving employee morale and performance by allowing each employee to focus on themselves as individuals and then as part of the team in order to free creative thinking time and energy to devote toward work processes.

By helping people focus and concentrate on each aspect of their lives and then to put their goals in order, this useful tool can improve the life of anyone who follows its steps.
